Guest 1: Laurie Haynes

Laurie began volunteering at the Bloomington, IL Pregnancy Resource Center in 2002 as a client advocate. In 2008 she was excited and thankful to utilize her nursing license by offering limited obstetrical ultrasounds to her clients. Laurie is passionate about coming alongside women and men who have experienced an abortion in their past and supporting them in their journey to find healing, hope and lasting freedom. She was on the founding team to start a Deeper Still abortion healing retreat chapter in IL and officially came on staff at Living Alternatives in May 2016 as Direct of Post Abortion Support.

Guest 2: Marcia Schillinger

Marcia was part of the planning committee (F.A.C.E.= fundraising and community extension) that started the Pregnancy Resource Center in Tazewell County in 2012. The Center was opened in the fall of 2013. In addition to being part of the F.A.C.E. committee, Marcia has also volunteered as a HOPE mentor, and a volunteer Admin Assistant until 2018 when she was hired as the local Admin Asst. She is currently the Center Operations Manager. Marcia was a participant at the first Deeper Still Retreat in Central Illinois and has served on the team since her retreat.
